People can be connected to each other through a good conversation. When a person or even a group of people is saying or telling interesting things and it sounds human to us, we can be encouraged to listen or even be interested to avail things they might offer to us.

            Therefore, companies and businesses should sound human especially with the way they speak and the way they present their offers, products or services to us. They should know the needs and wants of people – their customers, to be able to achieve their goals and be able to provide total customer satisfaction. When you’re able to satisfy a customer, it’s also like building a good relationship with them. When they know and feel that you’re telling true things about the product or service, expect them to be connected with you. Business people should know and understand the true meaning of human voice for them to apply it also and be able to get the interests of their target market.

People only listen to those whose voices sound real or sound human to them. People can recognize each other if they understand each other’s views and interests, and when they know that they can trust one another. Pretending and telling lies can never be a help in having conversations with different people and doing businesses with them. It will only ruin your career or reputation and can be a disaster to your business. We should learn how to sound real and human to be able to relate with other people, and for them to recognize you.
