In both internetworked markets and among intranetworked employees

     As to this statement, it’s true that both markets and employees get to have a little conversation on which is more effective in terms of their work. It’s also true that this to get to speak with a very powerful way, not literally using their voice, but in terms of the work. For example in some commercials on the televisions, it’s true that there’s not only one company that have the same products, more often there’s a lot of them but different brands, variety, etc. where in people gets to choose on what to buy. It’s basically the same  with what’s happening through the employees and the market, their arguing or competing to the position on who is who in environment.

      As the difference between this two, Is that internetworked is more on the wide access of users or people through the use of internet, they gradually gets the attention of the society by using the dominated power of the internet, as it flows into the plan, that people is more updated and more trusted to the internet, that’s the time where they actually do the action of publishing their market. For the intranetworked employees, its more of the other side, its like doing things manually, they do advertisement, they are more on the ads, television commercials and etc. it’s the things that have in contact with, they get to target one goal but then different strategies were made for their own styles of doing market or doing conversation to the firm.

            It only proves that not because internet gets to dominate the environment of market, that      doesn’t mean there’s no other alternative to be known by the firm. Its just an open eye that      manually and by not affecting by the generation, they can still improve their market.
