This statement only signifies that for once, we’ve been using our old and manual way of doing things on our own perspective, the long time work, the more hard continuation, setup, settings, etc. all that we get to find crucial on your part. If we don’t change it up to this time, the market would really laugh on you and to your company, because like for what I’ve said earlier, there are a lot of companies / organization that are directly upgrading their system into a new one, in which they realized that can help their work faster, more complex, effective, efficient and etc. this are the factors that really help you to let go of the manual way of doing your old work, it’s just a waste of time, if you gradually meet the new technology on hand, you will realized soon how it can help you in the near future.

             As for their own safety and growth, it’s advice to try new things that are available in the society so that your company would fit into the newly environment that most company uses as a form of their own good. It’s the time to prepare for another challenge in which it can lead them to more modernize company / organization environment. If we try to condemned ourselves into this new environment, little by little we will understand what this can do for us as time goes by, as we master its use and as we appreciate the things that can make our lives easier and perform the things to meet the schedules.
