As to this statement, it only mean or indicates that, in the corporate market, even you are the highest or top of all the companies that was inherit to the same business or market you have, it’s still them that always gets to be the peasant of the firm, and it’s the firm that whom they treated as the boss, because the firm or the environment was the one who really gives you the purpose or the position in whatever status you’re in right now, they are the reason why you’re on the top, it is them who gives you the right to be there right now.

                 Companies always realize things that help them from the start till the end, and because they know it, they also know the people whom they need to get relationship with, it’s always good that you know the people that you should get to be involved with, it’s a very good advantage in your part because you’re not going to push too hard to chase and look for the right people that you could get a relationship with. If you know in which you should focus on, it’s very simple in your part to take part. Building a very good relationship with others is very hard to apply, only for those who really have a very convincing power and communication excellent skills can get to effect immediately, but for those who doesn’t have that skill, its very hard for them to get the right people and build the relationship they want too.
